Build and ECommerce website using an existing CMS
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Build an eCommerce website or install a CMS which is similar to a baby version of the Amazon model. Whichever costs less custom or cms but would
prefer existing CMS
REQUIRMENTS ARE:
1. The addition of ITEM categories example CLOTHES by admin
2.Customer Access Level
{A} Easy Registration: Customers should be able to register using the normal registration details (email, name, etc, google sign in)
{B} Order History: Customers should be able to view a list of all previous purchases made and their statuses.
{C} Multiple payment options: Customers should be able to utilize the following options for payment; Credit card, Zelle, Cashapp, Venmo, PayPal. Payments will be routed through their Merchant provider; Teacher’s Federal Credit Union (TFCU)
{D} Shipping Tracking: Customers should be able to view the precise location of the item while in transit on the site provided.
{E} Quick Search: Search for products
3. VENDOR Access
{A} Inventory Management: Vendors should be able to have access to an updated list on the units of each product sold, remaining, or running low.
{B} Document Verification: Vendors should be able to add Business details and upload Business Documents.
{C} Add Products: Vendors should be able to add new or remove product old/sold out items
{D] Account Verification (via Email): Vendors should be able to verify their account on “WILL SPECIFY NAME LATER” using a Business or Personal email
4. ADMIN PANEL Access (for control for everything on the application)
a)Dashboard: The Administrator should be able to see all consumers and vendors and have the
ability to remove or add vendors/consumers.
b)Assign Orders (for Shipping): The Administrator should be able to assign whether or not vendors will have shipping done through the company
or they are utilizing an external shipper.
c)Manage Customers: The Administrator should be able to reply to queries via form submission to rectify issues.
d)Multiple Vendors: The Administrator should be able to record the number of vendors who have access to the site and their category of products sold.
e)The ability to upload daily inspirational quotes on the website is also required
e)Reports: Administrators should be able to generate
i)Reports on traffic to the site,
ii)Reports on the number of products sold and returned
iii)Report on the activity of vendors on the site (addition and removal of vendors)
