We are creating a custom scheduling site similar to Jobber.com and acuity scheduling.com with added functionality. Some of this functionality includes:
-Allowing subsites to be created underneath the main site
-Custom scheduling software development that can be also be added to other websites via plug-in/code embedding
-Scheduling software should allow different tiers of users and should have the option to choose multiple locations (on client end)
-Inventory tracking capabilities
-Invoicing capabilities
-Time zone adjustment capabilities
-Built in payment system that can take record cash or cards (PayPal, Square, Stripe and Authorize.net)
-Ability to add attachments/notes to appointments
-Ability to take deposits
-Two way text system integration
-Strong mobile website design (primary use)
-Built in reports
-Possibility to import data/customer bases from other sites
-App/Website should be able to handle different types of users (manager, employee, customer, admin, etc)
-SEO ready website
-UX/UI Design
-Project Management
In addition to this, we would need a mobile app to mimic the functions of the website. The app would be for both iOS and Android.
We do not want to use wordpress, however we would like something where content can be easily edited by a non-developer.
The site should be able to handle a large amount of data with fast response times without compromising data security.
