Build me an e-Commerce Website from Scratch

Hi Developers,
I am looking to launch an e-commerce website on Shopify or Woo-commerce that will be about 6 to 7 pages. I need a domain and the best hosting with SEO included. I will have a meeting with you and explain my design and you will start building it. It's your choice to do it on WordPress or whatever you like. It will have about 100 products at the beginning which will shoot up to 700 to 1000 in future.
I have all the content and ideas, I just need a good full-stack developer who can convert it into a website.
Preferably in Karachi, so I can have meetings with him.
In future, I will make him my partner.

I want to see the user interface and design and speed and bugs.
