Build a Cognito Form
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I am looking for a freelancer to build a Cognito Form that will collect Contact Information from my clients. I need the form to have Cascading Filters and File Uploads functionality. Additionally, I would like the form to have a Visual and Engaging design to attract more users. Ideal skills and experience for this project include:
- Proficiency in building Cognito Forms with cascading filters
- Experience with File Uploads feature
- Design skills to create a visually appealing form
- Familiarity with integrating forms with websites or APIs
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate collection of Contact Information.
