Build me a Car Wash Website *Full Stack Developer Needed* -- 2

Faevaa Detail World is looking to hire an Expert Full stack developer who can create a unique car wash and auto detailing website from scratch using custom UX/UI design and interface. We currently have HostGator hosting platform and have a domain name purchased and ready to go to develop the website on. We are looking for someone who can develop a website that looks and functions similar to this reference site http://www.miraclecarwashanddetail.com/ Our site needs to be 100% custom design created from scratch without copying someone else’s work meaning custom design, layout, color scheme and much more tailored around Hand car wash and detailing business model. Site security is 100% important factor in this project because customers will be coming to the site and purchasing products or booking car wash appointments whether its mobile or in shop as well as purchasing unlimited wash club memberships. Each customer module will need to have its only design and interface such as Customer Portal for ordering products and services from the e store on the website, also customers who are unlimited car wash club members the portal needs to have its own different layout and interface, customers who are booking appointments need to have their own layout and interface depending on the type of task the customer is needing to do on the website.
Our site will need to have between 5-10 internal pages including the homepage
E-store option with checkout by stripe and other payment options
Custom Appointment Booking feature
Homepage content slider where we can add pictures videos and text and everything to keep customers informed of updates and changes in the business
Car Wash package menu to display wash packages and pricing and perks of each wash package by vehicle type each vehicle type as its own set of wash packages and customized pricing
Photo and video gallery for our team to constantly upload photos and videos of car wash and detail jobs performed by our team
Unlimited Wash Club Membership Customer Portal that runs off recurring stripe membership option
Basically, we need a website that functions similarly to the reference site with a lot of custom features tailored around our business model.
I would like to only work by pay by the hour so we can agree on a good hourly rate and only pay for the total amount of time actually spent developing and working on the project. Because this project is a custom from scratch project i want to ensure we are getting our money worth for this project. If the pay by the hour option does not work for you please do not submit a proposal. Pay by the hour instead of working off milestones ensure us we are working with a good team of developers and not paying someone for no results.
