Build a Bootstrap eCommerce Website from .psd Design

We are looking for somebody who can convert photoshop design into an actual website using bootstrap. There will be design requirements for you to follow. The candidate does not require to develop the actual working mechanism we have a dedicated PHP developer to complete all of the coding and backend control panel.
Job Scope : All required Pages for Desktop Mode and also Mobile Mode
