I wanted to take the time to not only go through the marketing strategies and sustainability of those strategies but to lend real-time statistics to the comprehensive size of the market and the need for a paradigm such as Bridge Technology Foundation. While our initial focus was anesthesia & perioperative technologies the need in the market to prove themselves to be much more comprehensive. can certainly understand the perspective of our plan being ambitious. The original paradigm of the Bridge Institute of course was based around healthcare technologies and continuing education to support licensure and certification. In the early days (the 90s) there were several levels of education for technologies, there was also the strong practice of facilities to produce technical support by on-the-job training. This practice while being great for practical application sometimes left the didactic educational applications short.
We discovered very early on that most people who were in a position or wanting to be in a position technical support or focused on working wanted education and experience to continue to evolve.
Education, as we know, has been cost as well as time prohibitive for people that are working in technical support and trying to keep up with the cost of living and the ability to provide for
familial needs.
As a clinical educator, I have always focused on designing systems that were not only educationally advanced but economically feasible. One of the most important things that we have learned (associate as well as facilities)is that we have a responsibility for that education to be formatted into the daily activities as part of a normal workday.
And while in the beginning we were focused on technical support and healthcare, it became very cl
very quickly that there were the same needs for professionals, nurses, and physicians to have the abilities to gain CME’s and continued education as part of a normal workday.
Our initial focus for the launch of the Bridge Technology Foundation & Bridge Institute is to address
the current workforce inclusive of all of the healthcare nurses, physicians, technical support, and healthcare workers who wish to transition upwards to different jobs and acquire the didactic and experiential foundations provided by perpetual access to the above-stated programs. This market and its size I believe are one of the primary points of synergy between our potential webmaster and the Bridge, it also outlines fairly clearly overlaps and benefits for Primal Pictures and of course Bridge Technology Foundation
