Bluid a small Hugo website

I need a simple static website in Hugo with customized template.
Need to deploy to Github + Netifly + Forestry.

To do:
- Install Hugo
- Configure Hugo
- Install Theme
- Configure and personalize Design
- Deploy to GitHub + Netifly + Forestry

The theme used will be LoveIt https://hugoloveit.com/
But we are going to change colors, images, fonts and adding some elements.
