Key requirements for the position
1. At least 3+ years of experience in Blockchain development, primarily in “Polygon” and “Binance” blockchains.
2. Should be comfortable working on both the “front end” and “backend” of the application.
3. Strong knowledge of ERC standards & Openzeppelin framework used for token generation and NFT creation.
4. Capable of deploying the contracts on the “test net” and “main net” environments.
5. Should have prior experience in ICO development which includes the “token generation, vesting & token distribution logic”.
6. Should have prior experience in the development of the “NFT marketplaces” in Polygon and Binance.

Job Description for Senior Polygon-based Blockchain Developer
1. Work with teams and to achieve product update milestones within the set time frames
2. Evaluate scalability, security, performance, and gas optimization of the decentralized application
3. Responsible for blockchain nodes development, security/audit, testing, deployments, releases, and upgrades
4. Working with the development team for audits of new development and changes
5. Making security a top priority and carefully analysing code changes for potential vulnerabilities
6. Work with existing teams to further optimise, and debug potential problems
7. Strong knowledge of smart contracts, token generation & auto-distribution along with blockchain nodes to coordinate releases and changes
8. Strong functional knowledge of working with a multi-chain approach – Ethereum based, i.e. Polygon + Another Ethereum-based blockchain/s.
Technical Requirements
1. Experience in managing and leading a team for Polygon-based blockchain development for at least 3+ years.
2. Must have experience in Geth (Go Ethereum) or equivalent blockchain nodes, p2p, and Golang
3. Deep understanding of Blockchain, Solidity, Assembly, and the EVM
4. Knowledge of Rust, JavaScript, Typescript or Node.js is a plus
5. Strong knowledge of Ethereum Blockchain-based Polygon Frameworks, Solidity, NFT Development and Market Place development using Polygon Frameworks, strong knowledge of IPFS, Node, JavaScript and Mongo dB
6. Strong knowledge of ERC standards is a must
7. Should have previously worked on marketplace development & deployment, token generation and must be completely hands-on with building a buying/selling application, all using the Polygon Frameworks tech stacks to build an end-to-end module right from token generation to integrating it with a marketplace for a metaverse related scenario
8. Prior experience in ICO development, Hyperledger & multichain and wallets
9. Comfortable working in an Agile environment
10. Demonstrated contributions to open source code bases a plus
11. Excellent organizational and time management skills
12. Excellent communication and teamwork skills; working proficiency in English (written and spoken) to work with a team
