Blinds and shades business website

Hi there, I have a local blinds and shades business based in Halifax, Canada. I would like to get a very elite, neat and clean, minimalist, mobile responsive website build for my business where visitors can see who we are, what we sell, type of the products. select from our available products and send that selection to our email address for giving them quote. I would like to have our website very similar to www.selectblindscanada.ca
We are smaller in size compared to selectblindscanada but the website we looking for should have same layout(with different colors) and work on same principle.
The preferred technology I would like to use for my website would be Asp.net with VB.net code at the backend as I have some programing knowledge. If required i can change the code at the backend. For database I would prefer to have Ms sql server.
