Bilingual Modern Dark Theme Hosting Page -- 2

I'm looking for a skilled web developer and designer to create a hosting landing page website in both RTL and LTR. This project involves designing the website in Figma, before implementing it using only HTML, CSS and jQuery.

The required pages include:
- Homepage: A modern dark-themed introduction to our hosting services.
- Plans and Servers: A detailed section with:
- Economy Servers
- Professional Servers
- Pricing table
- Comparison chart of plans
- FAQ
- "Why you should use our host?" section
- Other products not related to the plans table
- Contact Us page
- Terms and Conditions page

The design should be sleek and futuristic, in line with my preference for a modern dark theme. The primary action for visitors on the homepage will be to learn more about our services.

An ideal candidate for this project would be one with:
- Proven experience in Figma, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Ability to create modern, sleek, and futuristic web designs
- Strong understanding of RTL and LTR language support
- Experience with creating comparison charts and FAQs for web pages
