I'm looking for a long term BigCommerce Genius Team that can work on this project for a long time and solve web challenges.

I need this website optimized for conversions.
A few changes I need made:
Homepage
1. Give the video side padding to make it fit on wider computers.
2. Create a funnel down the homepage to lead to conversions. An example might be a "Customize Your Crystal" section that leads to the purchase funnel.
3. Any creative optimization you can think of to boost conversions. I need a creative person that can optimize with their own skills and doesn't need exact direction
Product Page
1. Remove the PayPal Credit banner
2. Add dimensions to the "Size" dropdown (found below)
3. This is the most critical. I need a "Customize Your Crystal" section created where customers can view their uploaded images onto a masked photo of the crystal. I have the crystal photos and masks available.
4. Optimize the product description. Optimize for SEO.
5. Move the size comparison photo to the top.
Entire Site
1. Consider best ways to optimize the entire site for conversions. This needs to include reducing clicks to make purchasing easier for the customer. It also means creating a "Customize Your Crystal" section on the product page. Anything else you can consider also.
2. Consider changing the site them to make it more attractive and creative. Creativity is ESSENTIAL for Pix Crystals. It is even better if the BigCommerce Genius can also produce creative.
3. Optimize all images on the website. I will provide images to use for product photos and they must be optimized and arranged.
Initial budget is $200 but there will be more and more work for a web design partner.
Future work:
Bonuses for creative content, even better if you have a studio
Wordpress skills a must since the website might someday convert to Wordpress
