Basic Tequila Shop Integration

I need a basic shopping cart for three tequila products set up on my existing Elementor WordPress landing page.

Requirements:
- Install and configure a shopping cart
- Add three tequila products
- Integrate with PayPal Express Checkout and or Mercado Pago or option to pay by card
