US Based Web Designer - Immediate (MUST BE US - BASED INDIVIDUAL)

We need a part-time web designer for a project. The project consists of designing two simple pages in a responsive format. and deliver the final work in PSD.
The designer must be 1) an individual (not company or agency) in the US, 2) authorized to work in US, 3) Be okay with W2 basis (1099 or other means, not an option).
We expect the work to take a couple of weeks. The designer must also accommodate one meeting every week.
