should not only help with designing a class and preparing for your practical exam, but also expose you to a
different coaching and leadership style.

class type + format/structure (describe what happened from start to finish)
equipment used, environment
critical analysis of content (exercise choices, sequencing) and delivery (coaching & connecting)
constructive feedback (what you enjoyed, what you might have changed)
overall impression (how did it make you feel? Would you recommend it to others?)
