We are building a demo solution to showcase to future clients and need a skilled professional who can help us integrate various AI tools, including OpenAI’s real-time API, voice capabilities, and CRM solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
• AI Integration: Work with OpenAI’s real-time API to enable AI-driven customer service and sales operations.
• Voice Automation: Use platforms like LiveKit.io, Twilio, and Agora.io to create voice-powered AI applications for seamless customer interactions.
• Automation Tools: Implement automation using platforms such as Zapier or Make.com to streamline workflows across customer service and sales channels.
• CRM Integration: Ensure smooth integration with major CRM platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot for logging customer interactions and improving customer management.
• Database Setup: Configure a database for recording customer interactions and call transcripts, helping to improve the system’s AI models and service quality.
• Security & Compliance: Implement security measures to protect data and ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience with LiveKit.io API: Demonstrable experience working with LiveKit.io for real-time communications.
• Voice Integration: Proficiency in integrating AI voice solutions with Twilio, OpenAI, or similar platforms.
• Automation Expertise: Experience with automation tools such as Zapier or Make.com to connect various platforms and workflows.
• CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, and how they interact with AI-driven customer service systems.
• AI Development: Strong understanding of AI tools, particularly OpenAI’s real-time API and its application in real-time customer service.
• Security & Compliance Awareness: Understanding of security protocols and industry compliance standards.
