Automatically generate web pages using XML via FTP - Inspect Real Estate (IRE)

I am unsure what a project like this should cost, please bid accordingly and ignore the budget if it's too low.

I currently have XML files automatically feeding to my website via FTP. I would like web pages to be generated automatically when a new XML file is uploaded - I have attached some XML files to refer to.

I have also attached an from Inspect Real Estate that uploads the XML files. It explains how it should work.

The XML files are for new rental properties that are listed via Inspect Real Estate. When an XML file is added, I would like the property listing to be added here:

I would like the new pages to follow the exact same format/layout/URL structure as the pages that have been added manually

I would like the following steps to be taken when an XML file is uploaded:

1) check if property has been added previously
If it has, change the property status to "for rent" and change to published date/time to current time to bring the property to the top.

If it hasn't been added previously, create a new page/listing

2) When the listing is removed from Inspect Real Estate. Update the status of the listing on my website to "just leased"
