I'm looking for a seasoned WordPress professional with a focus on E-commerce to design, set up, and provide ongoing support for my Australian-based e-commerce website.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a user-friendly, attractive WordPress site for selling physical products.
- Incorporate necessary e-commerce features including a reliable shopping cart, a system for product reviews, and efficient inventory management tools.
- Provide ongoing technical WordPress support and maintenance to ensure the site runs smoothly and efficiently.
Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience in WordPress site design, particularly for e-commerce.
- Proficiency in integrating shopping carts, product review systems, and inventory management tools into WordPress sites.
- Excellent technical support skills, with a proven track record of maintaining WordPress sites.

- Set up essential E-commerce functionalities such as:
- Product search and filtering
- Secure payment gateway
- Customer reviews
- Regularly post articles and manage content on the site.

I am presently using a designer for the last 6 years and looking for a new designer with fresh ideas for updating our website.
They are presently invoicing us for, Monthly Starter Maintenance, Economy Hosting + 9GB Boost, monthly maintenance reports and a hourly fee for backend help with fixing issues with new product, posting article, coding, anything we cant fix ourselves.
We also need someone we can call 7 days a week if we have an issue with the site, as if it is not working we are not making sales.
