Association web site development & migration

I am looking for a freelancer to create a business & community association website on Wix.com and migrate the content from an existing one. The current platform of this existing website is WordPress, and I require a full content migration. It is not necessary for the website to be multi-language. We'd also like to set-up a payment portal to allow our members to pay their annual membership fee online.
