(Assistant) Tax Manager
Budget: $50 – $0 USD
Basic job functions: Main job responsibilities
1. Ensure the completeness and accuracy of the prepared tax returns and schedules, including but not limited to: quarterly and annual corporate income tax returns (including
RPT form), monthly VAT declaration and export tax refund, stamp duty declaration, ETC. ；
2. Be responsible for and supervise the verification of input tax credit and cross-functional declaration of export tax rebate, and improve and control the business process/workflow on a quarterly basis;
3. Assist external tax consultants to prepare transfer pricing documents/local documents for cross-Asian entities, as well as data review of intra-group recharge;
4. Maintain good relations with local tax authorities, and assist in tax inspection and defense, investigation, disputes and disputes with tax bureaus and other relevant governments when necessary.
Consultation;
5. Assist in special projects such as enterprise restructuring, financial subsidy application, R&D plus deduction, high-tech enterprise application, etc. according to needs;
6. Assist in identifying potential tax risks, improving tax compliance and better tax planning for the Group;
7. Provide high-quality tax support to internal stakeholders (finance, BU, customization team, etc.), and be responsible for updating relevant tax rules/policies.
Work/knowledge, skills and abilities: qualifications and skills:
1. At least 4 years' working experience in taxation, with strong technical ability in taxation. Four experiences are preferred;
2. Be familiar with Chinese tax laws and regulations and understand international tax principles;
3. Ability to analyze complex problems and propose decision-making schemes;
4. Pay attention to details, learn quickly and have strong communication skills;
5. Self-motivated/independent, able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks, and able to work under pressure;
6. Proficient in using office software and Golden 3 tax filing system;
7. Fluent in spoken and written English.
