Assist in Completing Web Development Projects

We build all our websites on MODX. We have a variety of projects to complete new builds and expand live websites. A few of the sites are Bootstrap templates, while others use a proprietary CSS framework. I'm looking for someone that knows the basics of MODX; TVs, Chunks, Snippets, and MIGX.
We have an immediate need to complete projects and update current sites. We want to find someone to build an ongoing relationship with.
An understanding of SEO would be a plus.
