Arthur Curtis Education project

Hi, we are Arthur Curtis Education. We provide consultancy services to companies who wish to enter or already operate within the Apprenticeship world. What a client looks like to us, if they desire to provide apprenticeships alongside current or developing roles within their organisation but have not the expertise to support those employees.
We provide the service to manage all apprenticeships running in the company and look at potential gaps within areas of the company to help develop talent. This allows us to look at all aspects including Levy funding and external funding and of course the people who make up the company's culture. We investigate all areas and put together a strategy that would be signed off by senior directors. We will then go forward and implement these strategies going forward.
Our website will be used to provide information about our service and what we have done as a company so far. We need a clear and concise look and areas to provide information. As we are a people-centric operation we would like stock pictures that reflect the clients we work with. This would be multicultural and professional. There would need to be an element of education that comes out in the design also.
People-centric
To be people-centric is to think about how your people want to work and what inspires and motivates them to do the work. It takes leaders and management to separate their drivers from that of their people.
Functions
1. We would like an area where someone could type an enquiry and we can capture their details such as:
• Name
• Email
• Phone number
• Company name
• Position in the company
2. We would like a simple members area where the client's monthly reports can be downloaded. A simple sign-in and password would take them to an area where they can see details such as a copy of the contract and agreement along with monthly updates and reports.
3. We would also like to be able to upload sound files from Podcasts we intend to do. They will be sound files which we would want people to play. They will be short answered questions. For example; what is a Levy? The sound file would be 1 to 2 mins long to answer the question.
We can provide the logo, colour schemes to help build this.

We want the base built for a website that will house the functionalities laid out above. Some of these things have not yet been fully developed such as sound files. But we would like everything around it to be designed and ready so that only the sound file is missing.
