Artful Shopify Store Creation & Management

Set up and manage Shopify store. I make art, I was unsuccessful as a vendor, I’m looking for a way to sell my art.
It would be nice to be able to -just make art- and not have to worry about taking pictures, creating posts, etc.
Selling online is a last resort for me. In my personal life, I avoid social media and most of the internet. I’m looking for someone who can do everything.
I do not have much inventory (<500 pieces, and >300 are just earrings) but as I sell I would like to keep creating!
