Hi, I'm looking for an experienced architect to help with a residential project I'm currently in the planning phase of. I don't have any design concepts or plans in mind, so I'm looking for someone with creative ideas and knowledge of modern trends to share with me. I'm looking for someone to provide consulting on the design and have the production documents ready to submit for permit review.
