Appointments

Looking for a freelancing business to quote for the development of an online appointment system.

Sole traders and businesses can register their business and accept appointments from their customers. They can invite their customers to register then book an appointment. Customers will receive a text message and an email upon confirmation of bookings.

Each registered sole trader or business becomes a master user who can add more users and create manage their calendars.

Businesses can add their availability (x the staffs available for appointments) and choose to make individual staffs or aggregated numbers of appointments available on the website.

Businesses can add their services and duration that are available that customers can choose from.

Mobile businesses can accepts appointments but the availability of the appointments will be shown to customers after then enter their address and by accounting the travel time between the previous appointment that mobile business is attending.

Customers who have signed up with our website will be able to make appointments with other customers who subscribe to our website.

Customers (users, calendars) management features should be included.

Python
Developed and deployed in a docker and via GitHub
Hosted on a cloud (AWS or GCP)
IOS, Android apps

This quotation is part of our feasibility study. Once a reasonable quote is received, we will finalise the detailed requirements and re-post the project and invite the shortlisted freelancers from this post.
