BuildFire Developer Needed for Google Sheets & JotForm Integration in Loyalty Points System
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced BuildFire developer with expertise in Google Sheets API, JotForm, and QR code integration to assist in finalizing our app’s loyalty points system. The system is partially built, but we need help with ensuring smooth data flow and usability.
Key Deliverables:
User Points Balance Display:
When a guest logs into the app, they should see their current Exchange Points balance, which needs to be dynamically pulled from Google Sheets into the "Exchange Points" section.
JotForm Current Balance Display Issue:
We have a JotForm page meant to show users their current balance, but it is not populating correctly even with Google Sheets integration. This needs troubleshooting and a working solution.
QR Code-Based Account Access for Staff:
-- Guests have a QR code associated with their account.
When a staff member scans the QR code in JotForm, it currently only displays the Member ID number (since that’s what’s embedded in the code).
-- We need it to also pull in the guest’s name and current balance from Google Sheets (or BuildFire) and display it in JotForm.
-- After scanning, staff should have two options:
"Add Exchange Points" - Manually enter a number to add points.
"Redeem Exchange Points" - Manually enter a number to redeem points.
Data Flow & Access Control:
Google Sheets Transaction Logs:
-- All transactions (adds/redemptions) should be logged in Google Sheets, viewable only by managers.
-- Regular staff should only be able to use JotForm to look up guest balances and process transactions.
Simple, User-Friendly System:
-- Normal app registration/login process for guests.
-- One core function: view current Exchange Points balance and display QR code so staff can scan and update points.
