Answering phones and maybe more

We are a customer service call center for the moving industry. We are looking for someone to answer phones during our off hours and either take a message or transfer the calls to us depending on customers request. Must speak English well and be available to take calls from 7pm till midnight and Saturday and Sunday. Must also be able to transfer calls and send emails.
