Project Description:
We are looking for a skilled web designer/front-end developer to design and implement 4 unique animated hero sections for our website SmartLandlord.de.
We already have a corporate identity (logo, color palette, typography: Roboto) and want hero sections that:
Are fully designed and coded (HTML + CSS + JavaScript)
Include animated graphics/illustrations (no external animation tools – only HTML/CSS/JS)
Use custom backgrounds (not just isolated graphics on white)
Stay consistent with our brand guidelines (#34495E, #5A8261, white, Roboto font)
Are modern, responsive, and conversion-focused
Draw inspiration from the look & feel of rentecdirect.com
, but adapted to our branding
We need 4 distinct hero section designs:
Welcome Page – General brand introduction
Beginner Landlords – Simple, approachable, trust-building
Pro Landlords – Professional, efficient, data-driven
Partners (B2B) – Corporate, collaboration-focused
Deliverables:
4 fully implemented hero sections in HTML, CSS & JavaScript
Clean, reusable code with responsive versions (desktop + mobile)
Lightweight animations optimized for fast load
Files ready for integration into our existing site
Requirements:
Strong portfolio in web UI/UX design
Proven experience with HTML + CSS + JS animations
Ability to design distinct styles while keeping branding consistent
Knowledge of conversion-focused landing page design
Bonus Skills:
SaaS / PropTech design experience
Experience with testing hero sections for performance/conversion
