2. (There needs to be a function whereby rescue groups register to use the site. They will need to provide ABN and Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission registration. Dog and cat charities will need to provide evidence that all cats and dogs are sterilised after 12 months)
3. (People wanting to list an animal that they own will need to scan and send in sterilisation certificate)
4. Rescue group or personal adoption – check box (if rescue group it is free, if personal adoption it is a $50 fee per animal)
