IT Analyst required
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform support to various technical issues raised by users, responding to queries
and providing technical recommendations to prevent problems to arise repeatedly.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting software or systems issues.
• Updating and maintaining user records within Microsoft ecosystem and other related
tools.
• Researching, identifying and testing potential solutions/systems with IT and
Operational Team that can help improve our productivity and reduce downtime.
• Collaborating with IT Manager and/or Team in improving the processes through
research and analysis, reviews, reporting, automation and knowledge sharing.
• Monitoring systems service health, upgrades and downtime.
• Other related and administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
• Nice to have: Experienced in Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Knowledge in Power Apps Canvas app and Portal is an advantage.
• Updated and knowledgeable with latest technology trend including AI, Cloud
computing and IoT.
• Preferably with experience working as IT Analyst but entry level is also encouraged
to apply.
• Experienced working on Microsoft 365 applications.
• Should have the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to details.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Ability to work with various departments (Operations, Sales, IT, etc.)
Job Qualifications:
• Education: Advanced Technical Skills; ability to learn fast
• Technical Requirement: at least 8GB RAM, Windows 10
• Computer skills: Applicants must be knowledgeable and proficient with MS Office
and data programs
Job Info:
• Full Time
• 100% Remote
•Schedule: Between the hours of 10AM – 5PM EST. It would be 35
hours per week (30 paid hours, 1hr lunch each day at 1PM EST)
• Training: Company will provide the training and the tools/applications to be utilized
