Advice on the technical feasibility of a Healthcare tech AI project

I’m a Trauma and Orthopaedic surgeon in the UK, working on a project to develop a set of AI tools aimed at enhancing the daily workflow of healthcare professionals. The concept involves integrating various AI APIs, starting with an MVP that acts as an interface to an assistant API I've already built on OpenAI Playground.

I'm looking for someone who can advise on the technical feasibility of this project and guide me on the right people to hire for its development.
