Advice on tech stack for my trading business
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We run a trading business, with existing systems including an internal CRM/ERP and a separate but connected website. The website has user login and post-ad capability, but is not a full eCommerce site.
We need to add to this stack: Image storage / DAM, integrated email for direct marketing to clients, and customer-care tracking. Everything needs to connect to the internal CRM/ERP.
Ideally we should procure off-the-shelf products, configure them and integrate. We require advice on which systems to procure, considering our specific application, latest trends in this space, and the most robust and extendable systems which we can confidently expect to last 5+ years.
