Advertisementsite renting apartments, studio's and rooms

Need to start an advertisement site which brings tenants and landlords together. Users can purchase a subscription (three types) from € 10 (for two weeks), € 20,- (for one month) and € 50 (for three months) which can make them respond to places landlords set out to rent. As the owner I should be able to manage users, landlords and ads.
