Ads exchange

description about it :

-Post ads for channel 1 inside channel 2
-post ads for channel 2 inside channel 1

Text or picture should be sent after each ads noting the previous message is advertising exchange

After 5 minutes both ads gets deleted

channels will be saved as category or lets say tags so the system will randomly select between channels to exchange ads but from same categories or sharing the same tag

There will be expiration date for each channel and can have more than one ads to use

The system should make sure to exchange ads between all channels and not to have repeated ads always

The ads might contain pictures or videos so the system should be able to send media massages
This is the core idea
Some more options will be required
Like list of channels, expired account
Daily number of ads limitations for each channel or unlimited
No fancy interface is required
Login screen
Admin page where i can add more users , edit or delete, change system settings like time to delete ads, add more tags/categories

The application will be on web hosting
