A bit about the industry:
The entertainment industry is a dynamic and fast-paced environment populated by highly creative, ambitious, and often emotionally driven individuals. Talent managers work with a wide variety of personalities, from emerging artists to established stars, who are often deeply invested in their craft. These individuals can be highly temperamental due to the pressures of their profession, such as public scrutiny, performance demands, and the inherent unpredictability of the industry. As a result, talent managers often find themselves juggling not only logistical and administrative tasks but also serving as confidants, negotiators, and crisis managers.

To accommodate this high-pressure environment, a workflow system for talent managers must be intuitive, streamlined, and user-friendly. The system should minimise complexity and provide seamless access to essential tools for managing talent schedules, tracking deliverables, and sending estimates to clients. By reducing administrative friction, the system enables talent managers to focus on building strong relationships and managing the delicate dynamics between talent and clients. The design must prioritise efficiency and clarity, recognising that talent managers often operate under tight deadlines and high emotional stakes, leaving little room for a steep learning curve or cumbersome processes.
