Adjust menu

I need adjust a few things in my menu with submenu project.
Today the menu open submenu with mouse click, and I need that work with mouse over, with navigation between menu itens.
Second thing, is the menu not move when open submenu.
Trird thing is menu item is mouse over, keep underlined.

The code is next using material ui components.
