Addition of two web pages with functionality/ demo - MEAN

If you bid, you will get my attention. To get my sensible and positive attention, don't put stupid bid amount and read the project. Others will see a client with attitude problem. I am agile and do lots of R&D projects here so time is important. I am cost conscious too if you know me. I put time and efforts in my project details and expect you to read and understand before bidding.
I have built a website in MEAN but current design is seller/dealership centric and it starts with sellers/dealers uploading a deal directly. I want to add two pages before they do that.
Page 1 - Home Page for buyers - Beautiful UI/UX - Content -- They enter details of the purchase they want to make - Enter Make/ Model/Trim/ Year/ Color of the car and their zip code/contact details
Page 2 - Page for Sellers to see -- Following offers/interests have been collected from Page 1 above -- list of all cars by ZIP code so they can go and upload deals for those cars.
I will show my current site so you can use similar UI/UX/Design for these two pages (color and all). I will provide content.
Page#1 creates DB entries - where you store all offers/details of interests from buyers
Page#2 retrieves from the same DB so you can list all.
