Add quantity selector on Shopify collection page -- 2

Hello,
I have a quick request for a Shopify expert - need to add a quantity selector for products listed on the collection page. Please see the images below with the specific requirements:
1) default collection page
2) upon hovering on a product - the "add to cart" button appears on top of the price for all products that don't have multiple options (e.g. size, color etc).
3) the two requirements within the project are to:
A) display - together with the "add to cart" button, only when hovering, a simple quantity selector (- and + buttons with quantity in-between them). Functionality should be available with clickable buttons during hovering and once the quantity has been selected, it should be remembered even if the product is not hovered anymore (e.g. if a customer is hovering, selecting 3 pieces of a product and then moves to a different product, when coming back to the previous product the 3 pieces should still be there). Finally, when pressing the add-to-cart button, the quantity should be transferred to cart
B) when pressing the add-to-cart button another change should happen (please see image - pop-up when adding to cart) - we would like this pop-up eliminated and only a short text pop-up should appear below the cart icon (see header menu image - right side) with the configurable & translatable text "Added to cart".
