Add Features on my Wix Website

Requirements:

I have a basic website setup in wix, need to add the followings:
1. Setup a Page of Members User Profile Page (user and owner can see, only user can edit) using Velo database
2. Setup 3 Services Pages with Velo database for User to key-in information
a) This 3 pages are 3 services offered by the owner, user fill in their data because owner will use the data to generate contracts
b) Link to an external payment site (payment done at different site)
3) Create a velo tag so owner can tag user who has done payment or not
a) User to be able to see if they have completed their payment or not
b) The user database must be named in a structured way so easy to know which datapoints referring to which product, which user, already paid or not.
4) The 3 pages to be linked to mainpage and Members User Profile Page for user to quickly go to the services
5) For Owner, ability to download:
a) All the user data into Excel/ CSV file.
b) Documents uploaded by the User
Payment Terms:
50% upon completion of works on the website & after user test-run
50% after one-to-one session to run through any defects, plus future addition of additional dataset line item
Expected Timeframe (max 3 weeks):
1 week to setup the pages
1 week for user acceptance
1 week for any defects/ delay
