Adapts a free framer template to my website

I have a Framer website template that I want fully adapted to my brand MOVA, an online architecture and interior design studio.
The goal is to keep all animations, transitions, and layout from the original template, but replace all text, images, and content with my own, optimized for SEO.
Requirements:
