a health practitioner directory

i am looking to develop a specific type of service directory that allows listing members to control their own accounts/profiles (somewhat like linked-in). This includes personal back-end dashboard for all users, inbox etc.. This site is also aimed to have additional functions such as allowing members to write & post blog articles, advertise job & career opportunities, promote/list upcoming events, and an open Q & A style chat platform. Must be mobile friendly.
