WordPress add two functionalities

Hello, this needs to be done for the theme "Brikk" which I use on my website:
1. In backend you can enter an "Additional Guest" price, but unlike the base price, it is not seasonally adjustable, you can only enter it once and then it has to be valid for the whole year, which makes absolutely no sense. My problem with that is that I also want to offer hostels, for example. You don't book a hostel per room, but per bed. So you make an offer page and set a seasonally variable price and every other guest in the room who books at the same time (let's say you're going on a city trip with three of your friends, then you need 4 beds in the room), of course pays the same price for this period.
2. It should also be possible to book tours, e.g. safari tours. These should be described like a product and bookable several times.
Example: Tour 1 Safari

Price: 2500 € (children 40% discount)
Max. number of guests: 5
-> Then, as a site visitor, you can enter e.g. "3" as a quantity and click on whether someone is still a child in order to trigger a discount. The provider of the safari offer must then also be able to specify what age it should look like with a child - for some a child is under 12, for others under 16.
It is important to notice that the theme developer uses his own booking functionality which partly integrates with WooCommerce but mainly it is his own creation which makes matters not easier. So there has to be a customized solution.
