Website Providing a range of calculation tools

I am currently using a google sheet for professional formulas and calculations (tools), which I download a group of PDF reports and deliver to my clients. I would like to make this spreadsheet into a website providing this range of reports to customers who can use my tools and download the report for a fee.
The website should be very simple, it doesn't need to be 'good looking' it needs to be informative for engineers. The tools should be listed in the menu, each tool will have a payment for creating the report.
I will provide access to the google sheet and discuss each tool with you through to completion.
