Website Creation Can you do all this? How long will it take?

I need it to have when you go in options to choose 5 or 6 diffrent cities
Once you click on the city you have options like car rental/jets/nightlife/restaurants etc
Once you click on a service you get a full list and each of them has its own page you can see pictures/reviews/links etc
Once you want that you click inquire, you get a form to fill out so we get back to you to price and all
Also to have 1 page of our events where we can post our own events with option to buy tickets directly
Also have a page of calender where you can click on the city on top (drop down) and see on a caleneder the upcoming events
