Web Designer/Master
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I’m looking for a web designer/master to design an e-commerce site for my education business. I don’t have physical inventory/goods; however, I’ll be using this platform to sell classes/services. In addition to the features below, I will initially need approximately 10-15 pages created with initial class/services.
I don’t have a strong preference when it comes to the major e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Square, Wix, etc.). I’m open to suggestions based on my needs and your experience.
Website Requirements:
• Knowledge of Fed/State/City e-commerce and privacy/data laws, and the related web requirements (Privacy policy/cookie disclaimers, etc.)
• Easily scalable as my business grows. Should use industry standard modules/integrations. For example, integrate easily with current communication platforms (zoom, google meet, skype, teams, etc.), social media (Facebook, Instagram, twitter, Tik Tok etc.)
• Basic “contact us form”, that gets emailed when submitted. However, it would be great if I could easily add customer service/online chat capabilities as my business grows.
• Hosted/built on one of the industry standard e-commerce platforms and integrates with standard payment gateways/providers (BNPL, Debit, Credit, etc.). Huge plus if this platform integrates with on-premises POS system. I don’t have a POS setup yet, but my goal is to have all customer/sales transactions in the same system
• Experience with SEO and web analytics and relevant tools/processes. Would be nice if the site has integrations/plug-ins for Cloudflare or Google analytics
• In addition to creating the site, I’d love to build a long-term partnership to update/maintain my site on an as needed basis. I need the site simple enough that we can easily post new classes/blog updates, however, I’ll need help with more complex changes and updates made frequently.
• Would prefer someone in the Eastern Time Zone
