Setting up our off-Amazon web store

I am looking for recommendations on setting up/hosting a web store for my newly created domain. I would like be able to add certain Amazon listings and be able to add new products at any time myself. In addition, I would like the website to be able to upsell any add-ons the customer may be interested in.
