Expert Gaming Website Developer Needed for updating our Esports Tournaments sites.

We run Esports tournaments for multiple games and we have the sites up already but they are not running as efficiently as we would like. We need an expert website developer or website developer team to update our site to make them A LOT faster, more functional and and to take payments. To make it very simple, we need website experts that would have no issues developing a site exactly like fanduel.com or draftkings.com and the gaming site such as www.gamersaloon.com. Please review these sites thoroughly IN AND OUT before replying to this job post claiming that you or your team is able to do this. We want functionality like those sites have:
-Users can create login and have a profile
-Users can add money to their account and have a balance to use towards paying for the tournaments
-Ability for players to wager against one another on the site. (please check out the wagering option on gamersaloon.com. it would be exactly like that.
-For players to be able to cash out on the site and get their money deposited in their account, or PayPal, etc
-Ability to use crypto as a payment/payout option**
-Has the ability to have hundreds of thousands of users on the site without an issue and be super fast just like those sites mentioned above
-fix the domains/linking
-fix and perfect the SEO for the sites including backlinks
-setting us up on the proper server for lightening speed (currently we are using the Bluehost dedicated server option-- whatever their highest plan is)
-fix SSL.
As I mentioned earlier, we already have our sites up and we have some of those functions but the pain points are that it moves slow, it crashes easily with a little bit of traffic, the domains/ linking are incorrect and we cannot see what the issue is so we can change it, and the payment and payout setup are not all the way there yet. An example one one thing that would need to be corrected is the page that dalabtv.com leads you to should be adba.dalabtv.com with a redirect from adba.gg. and basesloaded.gg should redirect to basesloaded.dalabtv.com.
dalabtv.com should only be a homepage that leads you to all the game sites we have tournaments for and other general organization info, etc
