Dating site built from scratch.

I am creating a dating website from scratch.
The user side will need to have the following features.
• Registration
• Login
• Picture and video upload
• Message ( send, receive, etc.)
• Ability to block messages from users or block users


From the admin side
• login credential ability for myself and other employees
• Ability to block, suspend or delete a users account
• Ability upgrade a user account to VIP status
• Ability to add advertisements
A couple of necessary site features
• A VIP section that can only be accessed when the user upgrades
• A Forum section that can only be accessed when the user upgrades
• Both of the features should be locked(not clickable) but can bee seen on the homepage

There will be other features of course but these are the necessary ones.

There will be a total of 10 pages.
