Crypto Website with Dapp functionality

I’m looking to get a website developed that shows a heat map of social media data. Our token holders should be able to connect and access premium features in it. Advertising on site should be automated- a person selects advertising options based on available banners, pays for it in crypto and uploads AD. Similarly premium listing feature with paid option to be added.
