Create a look-alike wordpress website, install the new site & provide back up files of new site.

Hi,
I need a website duplicated, customized with my photos & information, temporarily hosted on your server (possibly for up to a few months), then installed on a fresh WordPress installation & backed up so I can move it to a different server in another few days, if needed. I’d like this to be completed within a week, if possible.
The site needs to be very secure, optimized for mobile, tablets & desktops and SEO & local SEO optimized, submitted to all major search engines.
Soon after the website’s completion, I’d like to integrate it with Booknetic (or equivalent for appointment scheduling) and Mautic for lead nurturing. I don’t know yet, but I may wind up needing someone to do the Mautic installation & setup and the integration with the site, Booknetic (or equivalent) & Mautic.
I’d like for my web presence to not incur any additional fees or subscriptions beyond the hosting price that I’m currently paying with my present host.
